You can delete your Qubit account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it, what gets deleted, and what to expect.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Qubit app:
Your account will be deactivated immediately. All personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days.
If you cannot access the app — for example, if you lost access to your Google account or uninstalled the app before deleting — you can request deletion by email:
We must receive the request from the same email address linked to your Qubit account. This is to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion of someone else's data.
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Anonymized data we retain cannot be traced back to you and is used only to understand product usage patterns in aggregate.
